Having smelly sneakers is, to say the least, a big problem. I'm sure everyone has had problems with at least once in their lives. If you have found this article I really know what I mean. What I will do here is to establish some strategies you can put to use to keep their shoes General and footwear smelling fresh.

Because it is better to prevent something bad from happening than trying to repair when it is too late, I will propose here that in the Prevention Tips odor that sticks to your shoes. If your shoes and suck, the situation is somewhat more complicated and deserves its own article.

I have the order of importance, These are the things you should do to avoid smelly shoes:

1. Buy quality shoes. The fist should consider the quality of their shoes. Try to buy shoes only natural materials, because they allow feet to breathe and sweat to dissipate much easier. Synthetics are toxic to your foot because they prevent ventilation. You run one usage time and the next thing you know, everything around her starts rotting.

It is nice to see a good looking shoes cheap and you may think you do good business. Believe me, you're not! They will break sooner than you can imagine, and costs and efforts to maintain healthy and smell far exceeds the amount saved from cheaper shoes.

So, I recommend you invest a little more when buying shoes because the benefits are much greater.

2. Ensure cleanliness. Nothing new here, but many People seem to go overlooked this detail. When showering, do not forget to wash your feet. Sounds silly, I know, but when the shower, most tend to forget the feet. Since all water and soap goes to the feet, why wash them? But this is not enough. We talk about the most terrible smell of our body. Do you think that water and soap will do? I do not think so.

There are several types of wheels and sponges can be found stores specifically for this. The use of them. They are miracles. They remove the dead skin hideout in the feet, causing the most smell.

In addition, alternate cold and hot water on their feet. It is best to clean the pores of your skin and sweat and feel a little better. If your feet smell so bad, they should also marks soap substitutes. Soaps have different composition and act on different chemicals. If use two brands of soap, are more likely to offset some of the bacteria that produce odor.

3. Change your socks often. Again, very obvious, but even more, forget it. Use a pair of clean socks every day. Change two or three times a day is ideal, but once it the minimum allowed. If you use the same as yesterday's socks, shoes and feet may have something to say about it. I do not want to hear!

If you do jogging or other sport, wash your feet before putting another pair of socks.

Oh, and remember to wear socks cotton or wool, though, because the feet will rot synthetic.

4. Rotate your shoes. You must have more than one pair of shoes. One day you can use one of them the next day, another pair. Thus, sufficient time to take the air and sweat to evaporate.

5. Leave your shoes to breathe. It is good practice when you get home you put the shoes somewhere outside (unless it rains, of course). The wind in front of a little fresh air and the sweat evaporates. And for some reason, when you wear a pair of shoes that has been disseminated it feels so comfortable. It's as if you have new shoes. You should do this especially if you're involved in some type of sport.

6. Clean your shoes from time to time. I do not know why, but when you keep them clean on the outside, they tend to stay cool inside more. Maybe because you have the feeling that something is wrong inside and you have to do something. But do not rely solely on this point. You will not get the results you want.

7. If they are wet, let it dry somewhere. If it rains, make sure you put the shoes to dry before placing them in the shoebox or reuse. When the water inside the shoe, they begin to rot in less than a day and it smells horrible, especially if you're a little smell.

If they keep at least some of these simple strategies, you should have no problem with bad smells from your shoes in the short term.

How do I repair loops drawn on a wool carpet?

My cat kneads the guard Wool Carpets and retired in the loop. The links will not break, but I know that can not be cut. In a wool sweater, a knitting needle can be used to promote the links from the other side, but the carpet is heavier fabric with a mesh lining. How to strengthen the links back through? Or is there an alternative to repair this? Thank you!

If you have a loop here and there. Only a few. In a tight belt, you can cut up. If a large number of loops or a group in an area that does the same thing as a sweater. Using a knitting needle set. Once you do, put glue Elmer in the back to seal wool.
