What color of a carpet of light green room? White trim.

I'm painting the playroom light green (in the family apple green) with white trim. The house is very dark, fake wood looking linoleum. I would like to replace the word, but there is nothing wrong with that. Children can damage it and replacing it when they are older. For now, I like some area rugs, but do not know what color to use. Green light the walls simple furnishings, white shelves. Toys and books are added colorful hodgepodge, so I like to keep the rug kind of silence. Should I go to a tan carpet? A carpet woven with the green wall color in it? Or a muted floral pattern? Any ideas (or examples!) Would be great. Thank you for your time.

A green carpet would be nice, but if you think theres too much green in a room, you can always try the cream, but it gets dirty easily, so there must be cleaned frequently. dark blue would also be good, or even a rose. Hope this helps
