What brand and model of vacuum should I buy?
I have hardwood floors, carpets mediaum lot. I have no pets, but two children young age (as dirty as pets). What brand and model vacuum you think should get to meet all my needs. I like Dyson, but do not know if the price justifies the results. I've heard good things about Miele. I had a Oreka and did not like the smell of burning rubber has always had. What do you like and why?
I love my Bissell Bagless Powerforce that http://www.bissell.com/Products/c/vacuum/Category.aspx have a cat and a dog that broke both awarded with the addition of my husband and heavy work boots dragging on the ground My Bissell (now almost 3 Years Old) stopped everything and you can tell by just looking into the clear container which everything is sucked is also useful if you accidentally suck out the change of the table is just easier to pull out, there are also filters are washable (up to a degree that usually buy new filters once a year and wash them every seven months just pop in the dishwasher on the bottom rack) hose attachment too big for its timber hard floors / tile floors I use in my kitchen and bathrooms when there's nothing big to sweep Oh and my vacuum has survived by accident absorbing elements such as bone pet rubber, pencils / pens, socks, plastic bags, wet pet food (had to rinse the container after anything stick to it) the litter, crumbs of different sofa / Fuz, spiders (bonus for me, I am beyond scared of them so they suck up and just there the garbage dump or if they are the only thing in the outer container) nails / pins, headbands, and I will stop here the list can go on a do not know what my husband, is hiding under the bed / sofa
