Persian carpet or kilim. Weaving a masterpiece
The need to create tools for some of the worlds most fascinating carpets are surprisingly few.One is a loom. It may be great in a modern industrial plant, or may be small enough to carry on the back of a loom horse. The role is to keep the lines (Warp) voltage while the weaver can weave the son of weft (horizontal sections) between the son for the manufacture of carpets. Early looms portable size, floor, or part of chain weighted .. A loom is used, while the vertical warp is attached to a branch or other suitable object and tied around a tree and weavers around back. Tension is to lean back, hence the name.
The reason business is stretched between the rows of piles with the weavers are forced to work while focusing on the job. This has led to grave "job" is being developed (necessity is the mother of invention) in which the weaver would be at the job, while his legs were in the hole in the ground.
The chain loom has reflected on the vertical "warp" metal hanging from a branch or a tree and set the ground or weighted as its name indicates. The "conspiracy" of wire (horizontal) and then weave through son of the chain by hand or with the help of a rod. A framework for business is based on the same principles that trades more with the addition of a framework that allows the loom to make easily. For the purposes of this discussion, we will not go into looms. Also latest production carpet at the beginning were a bit more tools. The comb is playing much the same as our comb today, except that it is of course much more important. It can be wood, bone, horn, metal or a combination of both. Its function is to compress the frame lines for the close result of the Persian carpet or kilim. A knife or scissors are used for obvious reasons. The shuttle is a stick notched at the ends. The end frame is placed in the slot and the shuttle is inserted between the strings to produce replacement tissue. However, most weavers prefer to do with their own hands.
Persian carpet materials
Fine rugs are still made with natural materials, cotton, wool and silk are the most common, silk being the most expensive, course, and the highest popularity prized. The wool as a raw material used to make a Persian rug or kilim lies in its properties inherent. The wool is flexible, durable and takes dyes easily and easy to handle during spinning or weaving. It is also noted that the wool is easily available in regions where Persian carpets and kilims are made by the nomadic peoples of these regions.
This is one of the most interesting features of the carpet that the people of Persian Kilim rugs or may be determined to come from a certain tribe, on the basis of the wool is used and the contrast too. Some of the sheep wool is highly prized and is a Persian rug or kilim brighter.
Cotton is commonly used to deform because the high resistance is to hold its shape. also retains its natural whiteness over time. A third reason is that cotton can be spun into fine son. goat animal hair (horse or camel) is used in the Persian Kilim rugs or create certain effects. hair camel is sometimes used to give extra strength to a wool carpet. Horse hair is used to provide attractive fringe or tassels. hair Fine goat when mixed with wool gives a silky sheen. Silk material is always a luxury and therefore by silk carpets are rare, but still produces. As part of the dowry of a bride a silk carpet or kilim is jealously treasured as a symbol of status and protection as property of the family.
Gold or silver thread, pearls and jewelry and other decorative items can be included in the design of a Persian rug or kilim.

What was the result of the Persian wars?
I can not find the answer. Over the years, the Greeks developed the ability to make iron weapons. Because these are less expensive than bronze weapons, more people can afford. Soon every city-state has its own army. In this army, the soldiers sat side by side. They had a spear in one hand and a shield in the other. Together, they form a phalanx. Wars Persian were fought between Greece and the Persian Empire. In 490 BC-CJ-C., The Persian ships landed 25,000 troops on the coast of Greece. In the battle of Marathon, the Greeks won a great victory that saved Athens. Ten years later, the Persians came back. The Greeks lost a battle, despite the efforts heroic a small group of Spartans. The Persians also burned Athens. However, ships of Athens won a battle The Greeks at sea followed with another victory on land. The threat of the Persians had done.
The Greeks finally won the fifth century before our era Persian wars, but not without great expense. Athens had to be rebuilt and the Greco-Persian wars led almost directly to wars between city-states Greece, the Peloponnesian War, which in turn led to the resumption of Greece by the Macedonians, Philip, and his son Alexander the Great.
