Baluchistan is a part of Persia (Iran). Balochistan is part of Iran and part of Pakistan. Is it Persian language the same as in Balochistan? What is the difference?

These are two different languages that evolved over time. Persian (FARSI) is the main language in Iran. Balooch is one of the other languages of Iran and Pakistan, or only or mainly in Pakistan either.
