Pakistan International Parental Child Abduction
Under the law of the Pakistani family based on Islamic law, the father of control almost all aspects of their families' life. He decides where his wife and children live, how children should be educated and whether or where they can travel. Courts rarely give custody to a woman who is not a Muslim, do not bring up children as Muslims, did not intend increase in Pakistan, or have remarried. In all likelihood, even if the mother wins custody, the children would require parental permission leave the country. Any question of detention Pakistan can be resolved through the appropriate local court system.
Currently the only treaties that do not apply for child abductions in the United States are the Hague Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction children and the extradition treaties that the United States with individual countries. Pakistan is not party to the Hague Convention, and there no bilateral treaty between the current U.S. and Pakistan, covering the abduction of children.
Although the courts of Pakistan may take into account the laws of other countries, custody orders from other countries are considered as a simple test procedure Pakistan. Possession of custody order, even in the absence of this order by the spouse of Pakistan will not automatically result in the return of an abducted child. The father would appeal to the Family Court to seek a custody order.
Pakistan recognize judgments of other countries, whether or not there are formal treaties with them. The parental abduction is considered kidnapping by Pakistani authorities (This implies that an action is considered illegal.) However, a mother born abroad to U.S. orders is still not automatically entitled to take possession of their children and leave the country. She would have to hire a lawyer and appeal to the High Court. The High Court acts as a post office in such cases. They send the case to the appropriate district court for enforcement. The district court reviewed the documents, then calls to interested parties at a hearing. Despite illegal action (kidnapping), and although the foreign-born mother has a court order, there is always a possibility that the mother will not be awarded custody of children. On the other hand, if granted custody, the parent may appeal to the Supreme Court in a matter of law, which means that there was any legal time which was not observed during the hearing. If the price of the Supreme Court care (no cases so far in this area), there is no other recourse to the parent or the mother. If the mother is foreign born was awarded custody and the parent fails to comply with the order, the children can be taken by force. In addition, other civil actions may be considered such as foster father of the property or arrest. If one parent born abroad has obtained full custody of his son, the father has the right to refuse to allow mother and child to leave, if the order does not allow you to remove children from Pakistan.
Well that litigation can be difficult for a mother seeking custody of their children, it is recommended that parents are encouraged to use the courts or other legal remedies available. If one parent born abroad has the court order only (U.S. or other) in force regarding the custody of his son, also recommended that in addition to appealing to the court, asking for help to make the order more local authorities (ie local police or school authorities).
Parents who seek legal assistance to Pakistan should be warned that lawyers Local searches in Pakistan or investigate cases. Therefore, you must submit any documentary evidence that, as you can when it comes to Pakistan. She may be able to hire a researcher (lawyers not to use the services of independent researchers) to obtain the evidence you needed in Pakistan. At this stage, it is probably best if the mother is present in Pakistan, at least in part by research to verify the actual progress made and try to minimize the possibility that the investigator be bribed to change their results.
The mother may want to have an American lawyer review all evidence collected for advice on what can be useful and what can not. Once all the evidence collected, a lawyer Pakistan should be maintained. Constitutionally, the courts are obliged to settle such cases within six months. But in reality, such cases may take more than a year if there are resources. Like lawyers in Pakistan to research the costs incurred are purely the costs associated with court and are therefore likely to be affordable, running as low as 10,000 Pakistani rupees (USD $ 400.00) to 50,000 Pakistani rupees (U.S. $ 2,000.00)
There are large sections of the family court in the civil courts in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar. In small towns, any judge hear a case.
In Pakistan, most mothers do not earn an income. The courts have in mind in determining what is in the best interest of the child. A parent is legally obligated to care for their children, no matter what because it is source of income. A mother is not bound. Therefore, the guard, in most cases the father is granted.
Laws protecting mothers' rights are written in the Quran (Koran). Under Islamic law, a woman has the right to keep a boy child at the age of seven years and a young daughter until the age of twelve. Guardians and Wards Act 1890 can be used to help the citizens of the United States in two categories cases involving minors. It can be used to obtain custody of a child for adoption and can be used to justify the granting of custody a child to a parent or the other. Under the Act, a person having custody of a child is given the responsibility of caring for the child and any property or inheritance to those who may belong to this child. Since his legacy is more likely by the father, the father will be very probably prevail in this situation.
The Extradition Treaty of 1931 was signed under the British mandate and could be used as a basis for cooperation in matters of childcare. The Extradition Act 1972 was not made with the United States, but could be extended in the interest of a plaintiff United States. However, extradition was not a resource that the government U.S. was used in cases of child care.

Where is the support for our millions of Pakistanis who are suffering?
these-called humanitarian aid workers to maintain the load some boxes of cookies in a spaceship and try to force their way into Israel. Now, when you help these workers to feel sorry for million poor Pakistan and Afghan refugees living in Peshawar and deliver food to them? Why are you trying to attract attention in the media always trying to get into Israel with cookies? Is not it funny? Kells, the ruling Hamas in Gaza is also very corrupt
Aid workers urged to aid religious hypocrites? Only a box of cookies or two to feed the Palestinian nation. What they said about the Palestinian nation to draw attention means that I think about certain things. I wonder why help the Palestinian nation forward to more media attention and caring, like all other Islamic countries poor are starving and dying of the disease? They are abusing everything. It is quite unfair. Other Islamic countries are poor, most ignored by rich countries (Muslims and non Muslims alike), also by global media. Receive humanitarian assistance, at least while their Palestinian counterparts are too much of everything. On television, you never see anyone hungry Palestinians skeletonal in the street or see a beggar in sight. All Palestinians and their babies are well fed, healthy and well dressed and protected. They are not exactly starving sick. Poors have the chance to receive free money, free education, free food, free medicine, clothing Free, free housing, etc. – all expenses paid by taxpayers in Western countries and other Arab countries richer. However, the Palestinians continue to complain that the world is not doing enough for them. What many ungrateful greedy they are. Palestinians are not aware that happened to survive, live free of generosity and freedom from hunger and disease? The Palestinians are the luckiest Poors all Muslim nations poorest. They even the luxury of free education. The Poors of other Islamic countries are not as lucky as the Palestinians. They know very few benefits, are not educated, hungry and homeless. Why should I feel sorry for well-fed Palestinians? They are survivors and large parasites.

Who is giving logistical support to the Taliban, who attacked the U.S. consulate in Peshawar, killing seven people?
Not timely paksitan dishonest to declare a country, which is to divert the money it received from the U.S. the Taliban, religious extremists? At least seven people have died after militants attacked the U.S. consulate in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar. There were several explosions in the area near the consulate and the buildings collapsed. A shootout between police and attackers followed. Main Pakistan Taliban faction said it had carried out the raid. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/8603288.stm
I think the Pakistani secret service is very involved in Al Qaeda activities, they are fanatical Muslims who have infiltrated the Secret Service and collaborate with fans, and interfere with the war between the Taliban and al-Qaida. In fact, were responsible for the testing of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, president of the Popular Party which is a secular party. They were also responsible for the murder of the prime minister Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who was also a secular force. There are many fans in Pakistan supporting former President Nazaw Sharif, which is very popular in orthodox Muslim community, and he has a good chance of winning the election. I do not think that the U.S. or any other country should interfere, in Pakistan or Afghanistan, let people struggle to solve their problems. From the U.S. intervened in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan have manyNoiree deaths occurred and sectarian strife, as before. I think the crooked arms dealers have been selling arms to the Taliban, which has created this terrible situation
