Walk Way East 1, North Carolina – Washington DC River Road?

Hello friends: I have a little problem. My elderly parents want me a vehicle you no longer need. To purchase this vehicle, I have to get to Bethesda, Maryland from my house in the Grantsboro / Arapahoe / Eastern area of Eastern Carolina North. No specific date that this should happen. My house in Arapahoe is a significant distance from any railway station or bus station to my knowledge. I want to get a ride one way from my area of the River Road exit on I 495 (Maryland), which circles Washington, DC.
