1 year old rolled down carpeted stairs?

I gave my son some tylenol and no sooner than i look he was half way up my stairs and before i could get him i see him tumble and land on the bottom of the floor. I have carpeted stairs, he got a rug burn on the forhead but no bumps or knots. He cried for less than a minute. He seems fine, hes playing and acting normal but im worried. I feel like a bad mom and i cant forgive myself for it. any ideas on what i should do?
he rolled down about 8 stairs.
i gave him the tylenol b.c he has four teeth coming in and two of them being molars.

I think he is okay. Check his heads for bumps again. Very throughly. Look for red sports or anything un usual. Press slightly and see if theres any pain or discomfort he is feeling. Also check his arms and legs. He probably got lucky and had a safe roll, but I think he will be allright.
