Do you have a PayPal account? If yes, the draft law at the end of its cycle, as a company credit card only. So, yes you pay the fee at a later date, not the second that same article sold. I'm not sure how PayPal works outside because I have used this unique method.

when you sell something on ebay not only charge a fee once a publication?
Are only charge you once for publication in eBay fees? even if you do not sell your item and relist for auction you will be charged a second time? What happens if you do not sell the item for the first time and want to cancel sale? How do you do that? Thanks!
There are a lot of rules in Ebay, and many things have changed recently, when the new CEO took over.
