3 Tips Health and Fitness excellent!

How to be good on the track?

Well then I join the track team this spring, and this is my first years to do, and I need some advice. I am naturally huge muscles of the cabin, I am very lucky to have that I might be able to run fast and jump high and everyone in my school came to the conclusion that I should be good on the track when I never really done in my life. The only problem is this: I have a very good resistance and I can run fast, but I do not think I can run fast enough. I want to be the best in our team and there is not much competition, because it is a private school and very small. if I need to know everything they are on track and need to know what exercises or habits that I should take to become a runner and excellent reputation the food I eat and what I have to stay away too? I need help!
