Should I out of shape and old to floss to dance?
It turns out that 40 pounds or more overweight. Ok 5 '7 and 177 pounds. for all size of 14 women. Athelete basically out of shape. Very strong in the arms. I have 17 now with no training in dance what ever. I'm flexible, and training again to lower weight. I love to dance and hold strange poses. I am a hard worker, very hard when motivated. I was wondering is it possible that sucsessfull an art as the dance of silk? And what should I do to be in such form. Where should I go? I live in Utah now and next year in the state of Washington. How many hours a day should I train? Diet?
Hei, I am an owner of a dance studio. Working with mostly adults. What I know is that being a dancer is not in a good form. It's important but not the first.
